Food styling for Australian food and beverage brands

Make your product the hero of every frame.

We style food that stops the scroll and sells on shelf. From campaign hero shots to packaging and social, every plate, pour and crumb is placed with purpose, then photographed and filmed in-house.

Styling that does a job

Good food styling isn't just pretty. It shows texture, freshness and portion honestly, makes your product easy to spot, and gives your audience a reason to want it now.

Because we also develop recipes, we know how food behaves under lights and on camera: when sauce sets, how long ice cream holds, how to keep herbs bright. That means fewer reshoots, faster shoot days and images that look as good as the food tastes.

At FDS we describe our style as beautifully unkempt. Real crumbs, a drip of sauce, a torn edge of bread: food that looks fresh, generous and ready to eat. Always organic, never stiff or over-polished. It's styled with care so it feels effortless. If you love a perfectly polished, every-crumb-in-place look, we might not be your perfect match.

We create cravings, one frame at a time.

How it works

  1. Brief. Tell us about your product, where the images will be used and the look you want.
  2. Creative direction. We send a mood board, shot list and prop plan for approval.
  3. Shoot day. We style, shoot and film in our Queensland studio, or on location.
  4. Review and edit. You see selects, we refine, and we retouch the finals.
  5. Deliver. You receive edited images and video, cropped for every channel.

We work with brands all over Australia and New Zealand. Send your product to the studio, and we handle the rest.
