welcome, I’m bec!

I wear all of the hats at Food Design Studio.

I live on the Gold Coast, am a wife and mother of two gorgeous girls & a boxer pooch named Pepper.

I am obsessed with pink and red, as you can see! all things food, trying new food products, connecting with food businesses and developing delicious and relatable recipes (I am a mother of two after all!).

I actually spent a large part of my career with a leading financial services provider where I gained marketing, operations, project management experience and believed I was destined to be a Super Mum living the corporate life with my black heels and arsenal of policies and procedures.

It was a fun decade of learning as much as I could about every business and role I have stepped into and I don’t let any of that hard earned experience get away!

I love applying a corporate structure and routine to my photoshoots, having all of my processes documented and recorded and then letting myself be wild and free when the camera is in my hand. It’s the perfect balance for my insanely creative yet extremely organised soul.
