strawberry peaches & cream frappe.

Serves: 1 tall glass

Frappe:
5 pumps (2 tbsp) Arkadia Premium Syrup Peach
2 tbsp Arkadia Strawberry Frappe
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice
¾ cup milk of your choice
1 cup canned peaches

To Serve:
Whipped cream
Freeze-dried strawberry or raspberry powder

Method:
Add the canned peaches to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth to create a purée.
Pour the peach purée into the base of a tall glass.
In the same or a clean blender, combine the frappe mix, ice cream, ice and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended frappe gently over the peach purée to create a layered effect.
Top with whipped cream and a dusting of freeze-dried strawberry or raspberry powder.
Serve immediately.

Notes & Variations:

  • For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and dairy-free ice cream.

  • Add a drizzle of Arkadia Premium Syrup Peach around the inside of the glass for extra flavour and presentation.

  • Swap canned peaches for fresh when in season for a lighter, more natural sweetness.
