Makes: 2 short glasses
Ingredients:
60ml vodka
15ml @thecarobkitchen Carob Syrup
120ml fresh orange or mandarin juice
Top with ice-cold sparkling water or soda water
Garnish:
Orange peels
Your favourite squares of @thecarobkitchen Milk Bars
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, carob syrup, and orange juice. Shake well.
Pour evenly between two short glasses filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water or soda water.
Garnish with orange peel and a square of carob chocolate to serve.
Notes & Variations:
Swap vodka for gin or soda for tonic to mix it up.
Add a pinch of Murray River Salt Pink Flakes for a salty-sweet edge.
