Cocktails:
Ice cubes
100 ml Beenleigh Spiced Rum
4 fresh lime wedges
500 ml ginger beer

Garnish:
Lime curl on a cocktail skewer

Method:
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
Divide the Beenleigh Spiced Rum evenly between the glasses.
Add two lime wedges to each glass and top up with ginger beer.
Gently stir to combine and garnish with a lime curl on a cocktail skewer.
Serve immediately.

Notes & Variations:

  • Add a dash of soda water for a lighter version.

  • For extra spice, muddle a small piece of fresh ginger before adding the rum.
