Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, sliced into 12 rounds
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
12 baby bocconcini or mozzarella balls
12 fresh basil leaves
12 cocktail picks
Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Method:
Assemble ingredients on 12 skewers — cucumber, basil, bocconcini, tomato.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
