Prep Time: 5 minutes + 2 hours chill time
Ingredients:
110g strawberry yoghurt
2–3 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for a sweeter version)
(Optional) chia seeds, flaxseeds, or coconut
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine the yoghurt with 1 cup of almond flour.
Add extra almond flour ½ cup at a time until the batter is rollable.
Roll the mixture into 6 even-sized bliss balls and place in an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Notes & Variations:
Use coconut yoghurt and desiccated coconut for a dairy-free option.
Roll in crushed freeze-dried strawberries for a fun finish.
