MOJS Ready To Eat Rare Roast Beef Slices, wrapped around breadsticks
MOJS Ready To Eat Cocktail Sausages
MOJS Ready To Eat Mild or Spicy Cacciatore, sliced
To Serve:
Tasty cheese cubes on cocktail skewers
Sweet spiced gherkins
Cherry tomatoes
Breadsticks
Pickled onions
BBQ or tomato sauce for dipping
Method:
Prepare the chicken drumettes or wings in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
While the wings are cooking, assemble the platter:
Arrange the rare roast beef breadsticks, cocktail sausages, and sliced cacciatore around the board.
Add cheese cubes on cocktail skewers and fill in gaps with gherkins, tomatoes, pickled onions, and extra breadsticks.
Serve with BBQ or tomato sauce for dipping.
Notes & Variations:
For a spookier twist, use small cookie cutters to shape cheese cubes or veggies into Halloween designs.
Add olives with pimento centres for a “monster eye” garnish.
