Serves: 4–6 people (depending on portion size)
Ingredients:
1 small banana, peeled and mashed
1 ½ cups spelt flour or flour of your choice (nut flours also work well - plus extra for rolling & changing the texture to your preference)
½ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar (or omit if you don’t need the extra sweetness)
1 The Carob Kitchen Vegan Milk Bar of your choice
To Serve:

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. It’s up to you if you like a sticky cookie dough or a firmer one. If you would like a firmer one, add an extra ½ cup flour at a time until you are happy with the consistency.
To serve, roll the dough into small Cookie Dough Balls or leave in a bowl for spoon scooping! Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
