Makes: 2 cocktails

Cocktails:
120 ml tequila (optional — also delicious as a mocktail)
½ cup sweet potato purée, cooled to room temperature
120 ml apple juice
1 fresh lime, juiced
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp ground cloves

To Serve:
Coconut sugar rim
Extra lime wedges

Method:
Add all drink ingredients to a large cocktail shaker along with 1 cup of ice.
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain or pour into two coconut sugar–rimmed glasses filled with ice (if preferred).
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy immediately.

Notes & Variations:

  • Omit the tequila for a refreshing spiced mocktail.

  • Replace apple juice with pineapple juice for a tropical twist.

  • Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar instead of coconut sugar for extra warmth.
