Frappe:
5 pumps (2 tbsp) Arkadia Premium Syrup Butterscotch
5 tbsp Arkadia Espresso Frappe
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice
¾ cup milk of your choice
To Serve:
Whipped cream
Method:
Add the frappe mix, ice cream, ice and milk to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Line the inside of a tall glass with Arkadia Premium Syrup Butterscotch.
Pour in the blended frappe, top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
Notes & Variations:
For a dairy-free option, use plant-based milk and dairy-free ice cream.
Add a pinch of sea salt for a salted-butterscotch twist.
Garnish with toffee shards or butterscotch drizzle for a café-style finish.
