1 tbsp strawberry syrup or blended strawberry purée
½ cup ice
½ cup milk of your choice

Vanilla Layer:
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice
½ cup milk of your choice

Mocha Layer:
½ tbsp hot chocolate powder
2 tbsp fresh espresso or 1 tsp instant coffee powder

(Optional) Freeze-dried strawberry or raspberry powder

Method:
Working one layer at a time, add the ingredients for each layer to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Top with whipped cream and a dusting of freeze-dried strawberry or raspberry powder.
Serve immediately.

Notes & Variations:

  • For a richer, dessert-style frappe, blend each layer with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • Swap espresso for decaf coffee or omit it entirely for a caffeine-free version.

  • Use plant-based milk and dairy-free whipped cream for a fully vegan option.
