Serves: 1 tall glass
Soda:
80 g fresh or canned passionfruit pulp
6 whole lychees (fresh or canned)
5 pumps (2 tbsp) Arkadia Premium Syrup Lychee
1 cup ice
¾ cup soda water
Method:
Add the passionfruit pulp to the base of a tall glass.
Top with ice and add the whole lychees.
Pour the Arkadia Premium Syrup Lychee over the lychees.
Top up the glass with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes & Variations:
Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lime for a fresh twist.
For a mocktail upgrade, add a splash of lemonade or tonic water instead of soda.
For a cocktail version, add 30 ml of gin or vodka before topping with soda water.
