Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 small bowl ⁠

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats ⁠
1 cup water ⁠
1/2 cup milk of your choice ⁠
2 tablespoons The Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup ⁠
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder⁠
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg⁠

To Serve: ⁠
Extra Carob Syrup of course!⁠
A couple of sneaky pieces of The Carob Kitchen Carob Milk Bars or Banjo himself (watch him melt!)⁠
Fresh berries of your choice⁠

Method: ⁠
Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. ⁠
Reduce the heat to a low simmer and allow the oats to simmer for around 8-10 minutes or until soft and the porridge is cooked to your liking. ⁠
Serve with an extra drizzle of Carob Syrup, fresh berries and some sneaky chunks of Carob for the ultimate weekend brekkie treat.
