Makes: 1 large baking tray of granola ⁠

Ingredients: ⁠
2 cups rolled oats ⁠
1 cup macadamia nuts ⁠
3/4 cup pecans ⁠
1/2 cup chia seeds⁠
1/2 cup coconut flakes ⁠
1/2 cup coconut oil ⁠
1/2 cup The Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup ⁠
2 tablespoons The Carob Kitchen Raw or Roasted Carob Powder ⁠

To Serve:
Yoghurt & berries of your choice or eat as a trail mix! ⁠

Method: ⁠
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees bake. ⁠
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. ⁠
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. ⁠
Pour the granola onto the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fragrant and toasted to your liking. ⁠
Allow the tray to cool as this will help the granola cluster up. ⁠
Store in an airtight container in a dry place for 2 weeks. ⁠
