Makes: 1 large baking tray of granola
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup macadamia nuts
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup The Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup
2 tablespoons The Carob Kitchen Raw or Roasted Carob Powder
To Serve:
Yoghurt & berries of your choice or eat as a trail mix!
Method:
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees bake.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Pour the granola onto the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fragrant and toasted to your liking.
Allow the tray to cool as this will help the granola cluster up.
Store in an airtight container in a dry place for 2 weeks.
