Kingfish Sashimi:
20 pieces sashimi-grade kingfish
(Optional) Micro herbs and edible flowers, for garnish

Sambal Goreng Dressing:
3 tbsp Mudgeeraba Spices & Curry Blends Sambal Goreng Malay Chilli Paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water

Method:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Sambal Goreng dressing ingredients until smooth.
Arrange the kingfish slices evenly over a serving plate.
Drizzle the dressing over the sashimi and top with micro herbs and edible flowers just before serving.

Notes & Variations:

  • Add a squeeze of lime juice or a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra freshness.

  • Serve with crispy shallots for crunch.

  • For a milder flavour, reduce the Sambal Goreng paste to 2 tablespoons.
