classic lemon & garlic pan fried broccolini.

Ingredients:
3 bunches of Perfection Fresh broccolini, tag removed and our top tips followed above!
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 large cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced, or minced
1 lemon, halved
To Serve:
Extra wedges of fresh lemon
Shards of parmesan cheese or pecorino romano cheese
Cracked black pepper
Sea salt
Method:
Preheat a large frying pan over a medium to high temperature.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the frying pan. When the oil is sizzling, add the broccolini to the pan and drizzle with juice from the fresh lemon and the minced garlic. Allow the broccolini to pan fry for 1 minute before turning some of the stems. Allow them to sizzle and pan fry until they are cooked to your liking. As the stems are already quite tender, you do not need to cook our broccolini for too long.
Transfer to a serving dish or platter, and serve with extra wedges of lemon, cracked black pepper and shards of parmesan cheese.
