meal prep: tiramisu overnight weetbix.

Dietary: Vegetarian, nut free
Serves: 4 (4 days of meal prep)
Prep Time: 10 minutes + overnight chill

Ingredients:
8 Weetbix
90ml brewed coffee
(Optional) 4 teaspoons maple syrup for a sweeter version
1 cup milk of your choice
700g vanilla or Greek yoghurt
¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder

Method:
Divide ingredients evenly across 4 containers.
Crumble the Weetbix into each, pour over coffee and milk.
Layer with yoghurt and dust cocoa powder on top.
Refrigerate overnight to set.

Notes & Variations:

  • Add sliced banana or berries before serving.

  • Use decaf coffee for a kid-friendly version.
