Ingredients:
4 corn cobs
½ cup natural yoghurt
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
½ lime, juiced
1 tablespoon water
To Serve:
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lime, zested and sliced into wedges
Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Combine yoghurt, parmesan, paprika, lime juice, and water in a bowl.
Brush mixture over corn cobs.
Air fry at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until golden.
Top with extra parmesan, lime zest, and coriander.
Notes & Variations:
Swap parmesan for cotija or feta for a traditional twist.
Add chilli flakes for heat.
