Ingredient:
2-3 ripe but firm pears
150g good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Flaky sea salt
Method:
Line a tray with baking paper.
Slice pears into wedges, removing the core but keeping the skin on for colour and texture. Pat dry with a paper towel so the chocolate sticks well.
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip each pear wedge halfway into the melted chocolate and place onto the lined tray. Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Serve fresh.
