Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4–6 people
Dip:
1 cup mayonnaise (or 250 g cream cheese, softened, for a thicker dip)
250 g frozen spinach, thawed (fresh spinach can also be used)
300 ml sour cream
40 g French onion soup mix
Crackers:
1 packet Old Time Bakery Gluten Free Wraps of your choice
Spray olive oil
Method:
Combine the mayonnaise, spinach, sour cream and French onion soup mix in a large bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to develop.
Slice the gluten free wraps into small triangles and spray lightly with olive oil.
Air fry at 170°C for about 5 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking. The crackers will naturally curl as they crisp.
Serve the dip immediately with the warm crackers.
Notes & Variations:
Add a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of garlic powder to the dip for extra flavour.
Top with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of paprika just before serving.
The crackers are also delicious served with hummus or other creamy dips.
