Pizza:
1 Old Time Bakery Gluten Free Pizza Base
2 tbsp basil pesto
Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan forced).
Place the gluten free pizza base on a lined baking tray.
Spread the basil pesto evenly over the base.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the base is golden and crisp.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes & Variations:
Add extra toppings like roasted capsicum, olives or fresh rocket for more flavour.
Try swapping parmesan for goat’s cheese or mozzarella for a different twist.
Serve with a side salad for a quick and easy meal.
