Pizza:
1 Old Time Bakery Gluten Free Pizza Base
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small lemon, sliced extra thin into discs
Handful of pitted olives, flavour of your choice
Fresh rosemary
Cracked black pepper
Sea salt

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan forced).
Place the gluten free pizza base on a lined baking tray.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella evenly over the base.
Arrange the lemon slices and olives across the pizza.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden.
Slice and serve warm.

Notes & Variations:

  • Add a drizzle of good-quality olive oil before serving for extra flavour.

  • Swap olives for artichoke hearts or capers for a different twist.

  • Serve with a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
