grape pizza with prosciutto, goats cheese & honey.

Makes: 1 large rectangle style pizza (6 slices) 

Ingredients: 
1 large rectangle or circle pizza base 
200-25g goats cheese 
8 slices of prosciutto 
100-200g Grape Co Autumn Crisp Grapes, washed well and halved or sliced to your preference 
¼ cup honey to drizzle (if too thick, warm it slightly in a microwave)
Handful fresh basil leaves 
Sea salt & freshly cracked black peppercorns 

  • Preheat an oven as per the instructions on your chosen pizza base. 
    Smear the pizza base with goat's cheese, bringing the cheese right up to the edges. 
    Carefully fold ribbons of prosciutto over the pizza, ensuring that when the pizza is sliced, every slice would receive a piece of meat. 
    Fill in the gaps and top with our delicious Autumn Crisp grapes. 
    Drizzle the pizza with honey, reserving extra for serving. 
    Sprinkle the pizza with a little sea salt, and lots of cracked black peppercorns. 
    Place the pizza in the oven to bake until the base is golden and crunchy, and the grapes are shiny and translucent. 
    Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6-8 serves. 
    Serve with fresh basil leaves and an extra drizzle of honey. 
    This recipe is best consumed immediately.
