Dietary: Vegetarian & gluten-free

Serves: 1-2 glasses

Ingredients:
Handful of ice cubes
½ cup steamed sweet potato, cooled completely
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup coconut water
½ cup coconut cream
½ a lime, juiced

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend to a smooth liquid. 

  2. Pour into 2 large glasses, garnish, and serve immediately.
