Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:
Handful of ice cubes
1 cup steamed sweet potato, cooled to room temperature
1 large banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup milk of choice
Drizzle maple syrup or honey
Pinch of cinnamon powder / and/ or nutmeg 

To Serve:
Whipped cream
Extra cinnamon powder

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until thick, creamy and smooth.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
