Serves: 2 tall glasses

Smoothie:
2 large frozen bananas
2 large oranges, peeled and roughly chopped
Pinch of mixed spice or cinnamon powder
400–500 ml milk of your choice
The Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup, for drizzling around the glass

To Serve:
Banjo (The Carob Kitchen)
Orange peel garnish

Method:
Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle The Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup around the inside of two tall glasses.
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glasses.
Garnish with a Banjo and an orange peel twist.
Serve immediately.

Notes & Variations

  • Add a scoop of protein powder or a spoonful of nut butter (if not nut free) for extra creaminess.

  • Freeze the fruit overnight for a thicker, milkshake-style texture.

  • For a lighter flavour, use coconut water instead of milk.
