What photos will I receive and how are they delivered?

Upon receipt of a project request, I will curate a Proposal / Creative Brief based on the information and guidelines you have given me. I will suggest the recipes and key photos for the shoot. 

You will make any adjustments to the Proposal, send it back and we will both sign off on it as the finalised Brief for the project. 

When the project has been completed, depending on the nature of the project, I will select the photos, ensuring that the key photo's are met as per the signed Brief and will edit the photos using my signature editing style. 

The edited photos will then be uploaded to a We Transfer link and emailed to you within the following week for you to access and download. The photos will be available on the We Transfer link for 7 days. 

If you have booked Instagram reels or video, they will also be delivered via this method. 

When will I receive my photos?

Generally I work off a 1-2 week turn around but if you are in need of the photos with in 48 hours, please ensure that this made clear upon acceptance of my Proposal / Creative Brief. I pride myself on being flexible for my clients but I need to know this information during the Proposal stage. 

When do you want payment for the shoot?

As per The Food Design Studio's Terms & Conditions, any projects over the value of $500AUD will incur a 20% non refundable deposit. This deposit will be invoiced prior to the project commencing. 

Upon delivery of your project, you will be emailed a balance or whole invoice and you will have 7 days to complete this payment as per the Terms & Conditions. 

Where is your studio?

I have a home photography studio that I use for the majority of my shoots. Complete with everything that I need, backdrops, props and predictable natural light.
