Mango & Coconut Mousse

Ingredients
3 mangoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup Flannery’s OWN chia seeds
1 1/2 cups Nakula Organic Coconut Cream
4 Flannery’s OWN dried pineapple rings
1/4 cup Flannery’s OWN coconut chips

Method
Place the diced mango, coconut cream and chia seeds into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and
custard like.
Pour into 2 medium sized glasses or small bowls and either serve immediately or place in the fridge
overnight to thicken to a mousse like consistency.
Decorate with coconut chips and dried pineapple or mango slices.
